At this year’s food show you’re invited to watch twelve chefs go head-to-head in a winner-takes-all culinary challenge. Four chefs will compete in one of three categories by presenting their dish to a panel of three judges who will score creations based on four factors; presentation, creativity, taste, and use of sponsor’s product.
The 5th annual NovemBEER Festival returns on November 10 from 1-5pm in a brand new location!

Tour the Distillery. Learn about all aspects of the craft distilling process. Best of all, enjoy a flight of the spirits made in house!
Tours run approximately 45 minutes and covers milling, mashing, fermentation, distillation, barreling and bottling operations. Along the way we will share insights into our process and what makes an exceptional spirit. During the tour you will sample the spirits made in house and learn the nuances that each step in the process adds to the final product.
Before the tour or after, feel free to hang out and enjoy cocktails and additional tastings. Bottles also available for sale at the distillery.
