the Taste of Elegance Culinary Competition will be held at EVIT, East Valley Institute of Technology on Monday October 23, 2017 from 6:30- 8:30 pm. First place winner receives $1,000, second place $500, third place $250, and the People’s Choice award winner receive a Mercer culinary set. The winning chef will also represent Arizona at the “Pork Summit” held at the CIA, Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, CA in spring of 2018. This is the event’s 5th year.
