Advanced French Pastries Week
Monday, July 13 – Thursday, July 16
2pm – 5pm
Future chefs 10-14 years old with prior camp experience are invited to join us in our kid-friendly industrial kitchen for a sweet week of Summer Baking Camp fun!
Campers will use their creativity to craft laminated doughs, pate a choux, tarts, and macarons using only the freshest and finest ingredients. They will learn baking techniques, unique recipes, kitchen safety, and most importantly – have fun!
All supplies, snacks and drinks are included and campers will take home delicious daily culinary creations
.Class sizes are limited to 6 campers to ensure proper safety for everyone. Idependent work stations, gloves and masks for everyone.
