John has spent 24 years in full-service restaurants, with 16 years of that 24 as an Executive Chef. He believes strongly in practical and efficient operations and innovation, and as a result, he and his operating partners have grown M’Tucci’s in 7 years from 3 people to 250 team members & 3 New Mexico locations. He believes that a businesses that won’t change, won’t last. That has proven to be especially true in 2020.
