IFMA 2020 Presidents Conference

IFMA’s Foodservice Fundamentals™ is the industry’s premier training for newcomers to foodservice. This October, we’ve curated a virtual program that will bring the classroom to you. This live, engaging, interactive online event will accelerate your knowledge and understanding of foodservice while providing the opportunity to ask speakers questions, participate in knowledge retention testing, and hear perspectives directly from the operator.
Over two days, IFMA will provide attendees in-depth knowledge on content that thousands of foodservice professionals who have previously taken the class are accustomed to, including:
- Foodservice Definitions and Structure
- Foodservice Value Chain
- Restaurant Segments
- On-Site Segments
- COVID-19 and Consumer Sentiments
At the end of the training, each attendee will receive a personal certificate of completion.
