Rio Salado College’s Plant Based Cooking for Beginners Workshop

Our chefs will guide you in this hands-one workshop as you prepare several plant-based recipes. After you are done honing your culinary skills, you will dine on your creations. The menu for this event is still being determined.
Rio Salado culinary workshops are designed for the beginner and are fun and low pressure. Workshops are hands on and participants will be standing for the majority of the workshop. Workshops are generally made up of 12 students and we work in teams. We want the group to work safe, learn new techniques and recipes to their culinary repertoire and most importantly, HAVE FUN! Proper kitchen attire is required which includes: closed toe shoes, long pant and long or short sleeve shirt. Please restrain hair while in the kitchen.
