Rio Salado College Grilling Tricks of the Trade Workshop

Come hang with us on a Thursday evening while we marinate meats and veggies then learn to grill them. This will be an inside/outside workshop with the first portion held inside while we gather our “mise en place” and the second portion outside on the grill. We will then dine as a group on all of the wonderful food from the grill.
Rio Salado culinary workshops are designed for the beginner and are fun and low pressure. Workshops are hands on and participants will be standing for the majority of the workshop. Workshops are generally made up of 16 students and we work in teams of 4. We want the group to work safe, learn new techniques and recipes to their culinary repertoire and most importantly, HAVE FUN! Proper kitchen attire is required which includes: closed toe shoes, long pant and long or short sleeve shirt. Please restrain hair while in the kitchen.
