Rio Salado College Culinary Knife Skills for Beginners Workshop

This workshop is designed for the beginner and those looking to improve their knife skills. Demystify terms such as dice, brunoise, julienne and mince. Learn pointers for sharpening your knives and keeping them sharp. You’ll then take everything you honed your skills cutting and whip together a few evening snacks! Rio Salado College culinary workshops are designed to be fun and low pressure. We want the group to work safe, learn new techniques and recipes to add to their culinary repertoire and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
Proper kitchen attire is required which includes: close toed shoes, long pants and long or short sleeve shirt. Please restrain hair while in the kitchen.
