Each project is different. In post-1970s zoning, no two projects are alike, especially within urban infill and adaptive reuse projects. LFA For(u)m gathers experts in planning and land-use law, community development, and traditional development to discuss how to mitigate neighborhood concerns, adjust zoning, and build the proper project for your parcel.
Single-use zoning is no longer the be-all end-all of developments in the Valley. How do we build more walkable, multi-modal, and multi-use neighborhoods? Though at times complex, this panel aims to deconstruct how great urban neighborhoods are built, and how we can better integrate our built environment. From high-rise and mid-rise developments in the core, to the arts and small-business overlay which set the stage for the Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Row arts districts, these panelists have experience in navigating all steps of the entitlement process.

Matt and Chris of Three Wells Distilling invite Localists behind the scenes to conceptualize and build their own gin from scratch! We will enjoy a tour of their facility, some historical and scientific tidbits about gin, and of course a cocktail or two. Attendees will walk away with a bottle of their own gin.
Non-Localists: $60 (includes a year long Localist Membership!)
