Three new economic reports rank metro Phoenix first in the U.S. in small-business wage gains, first in population growth and second in the country for adding construction jobs. Phoenix ranks first for small-business wage growth from March 2017 to March 2018, according to the PayChex/IHS Markit Employment Watch report.
