The Nitro Live Icecreamery , the latest Valley dessert shop offering custom ice cream dishes frozen with liquid nitrogen, has made its debut on the northwest corner of Cooper and Warner in Gilbert. Customers can choose from seven kinds of cream (original ice cream, custard, yogurt, low fat, no sugar added, lactose-free, and vegan), 30 flavors, and 24 toppings to make their own creations.
